Every Eagle Home Improvements project closes with a signed warranty package. Two layers: our 5-year workmanship warranty + full manufacturer warranties on every fixture and finish.
What our 5-year workmanship warranty covers
- Tile, grout, and waterproofing in bathrooms and kitchens
- Cabinet installation, alignment, and door function
- Plumbing connections and fixture installation
- Electrical wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting we installed
- Drywall, finish carpentry, and paint application
- Flooring installation (planks, tile, transitions)
- Trim, casing, and millwork installed by our crew
- Door hanging and hardware installation
Manufacturer warranties — handed to you in a binder
- Fixtures (Kohler, Moen, Delta, Toto): 1–lifetime depending on item
- Cabinets (KraftMaid, Wellborn, Kitchen Craft): 1–lifetime
- Quartz / stone surfaces: 10–25 years from manufacturer
- Appliances: standard manufacturer terms (1–5 years)
- Tile: lifetime from major manufacturers (Daltile, MSI)
- Hardwood / engineered flooring: 25 years to lifetime
- Luxury vinyl plank (LVP): 15–25 years
- Roofing (where applicable): 30–50 years
How to use the warranty
Notice an issue? Email or call us. We respond within 2 business days, schedule an inspection within 7 days, and resolve covered issues at no cost. No phone tree, no portal — just a direct line.

Warranty — FAQ
What is NOT covered?
Damage from abuse, neglect, lack of routine maintenance, or third-party modifications after our work. Acts of nature (flood, fire) are covered by your homeowner's insurance, not workmanship warranty.
Is the warranty transferable?
Yes — if you sell the home within the 5-year window, the workmanship warranty transfers to the new owner one time, free of charge.
What about settling cracks in drywall?
Hairline settling cracks within the first 12 months are normal in any new construction. We do one free touch-up visit at the 12-month mark to address any.
Do you warranty work performed by others before you?
No. Our warranty covers only work we performed. We document existing conditions before starting and our warranty applies only to new work.
